Providing a safe therapeutic space to enable change and improve wellbeing
We are a network of independent psychologists and psychotherapists in Cumbria.
We offer psychotherapy for people with a range of psychological and mental health difficulties including trauma, adverse life events, low mood/depression, anxiety/panic & relationship problems.
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is the process of working with someone to reduce distress and promote wellbeing. There are several evidence based approaches to psychotherapy.
When looking for a psychotherapist we recommend that the psychotherapy training should be at a post-graduate degree level and that the therapist should be experienced in working with the issues you face.
Take a look at our therapist pages and see who you think will be right for you or contact us for further guidance.
